The challenge

Apprenticeship and training content often feels overly formal and visually dated. For The Colleges’ Partnership, the challenge was to modernise the brand and its communications without losing credibility, clarity, or trust. The aim was to make the organisation feel more engaging and forward-thinking for both learners and employers, while still supporting the presentation of complex information.

The Approach

The brand was reimagined from the ground up with a cleaner, more contemporary visual language built around confident colour, flexible layouts, and clear typography. Alongside the refresh, a promotional video and a range of updated marketing materials — including employer and student handbooks — were created to make the experience feel more approachable, structured, and easy to navigate.
